It is the passengers responsibility to turn up in time for the flight. Failure to do so means the ticket is forfeited and no rebook or refund will be made. If we are holding a credit card for security and you miss the flight, the card will be debited.

In the unfortunate event you should have to reschedule or cancel your booking, certain conditions apply: • More than 7 days before your flight, changes & alterations can be made without any fees incurred. • Between 7 days & 72 hours before your flight - a $50 per person cancellation/alteration fee will be charged; weekday flights will need to be rescheduled on a weekday only, excluding public holidays. • Within 72 hours of your flight no changes are permitted – passengers are advised to make their own insurance provisions in the case of unforeseen circumstances including being unwell to fly due to illness. Under no circumstances will flights be refunded or rescheduled if passengers cancel or do not show for their ballooning experience on the morning of the scheduled flight.

Cancellation fees are strictly non-refundable.

Ballooning is weather dependant. If your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather (pilot’s decision), your booking is automatically placed into the “open list” in our booking system. Please contact our office to rebook within your validity period. Weekday flights must be rebooked to another weekday, excluding public holidays.
